Off-label dosing of DOACs at discharge common in afib patients
More than 10% of patients hospitalized with afib receive a direct-acting oral anticoagulant (DOAC) at less or more than the recommended dose at discharge, according to data from the Get With The Guidelines-Atrial Fibrillation registry.
