AI can diagnose hip fracture as accurately as clinicians, review finds
Machine learning models trained to diagnose hip fractures from hip or pelvic radiographs had similar diagnostic error rates as expert radiologists and surgeons, according to a new systematic review of studies based on 39,598 X-rays and 714,939 hip fractures.
