CT may reduce need for coronary angiography in patients with suspected CAD
A randomized trial in Germany assigned 340 patients with suspected CAD and atypical angina or chest pain to receive CT, followed by coronary angiography if results were positive for obstructive CAD, or immediate coronary angiography.
