Cartoon caption contest: put words in our mouth
From the January ACP Hospitalist, copyright © 2009 by the American College of Physicians
In conjunction with ACP Internist, ACP Hospitalist conducts a cartoon caption contest monthly through its e-newsletter, ACP HospitalistWeekly. Readers suggest captions for different cartoons and can vote online for their favorites to help select a winner, who receives a prize.
This issue’s winning caption was penned by Colin Carracher, a third-year medical student at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He received a copy of “Medicine in Quotations,” ACP’s comprehensive collection of famous sayings relating to sickness and health, disease and treatment and a portrait of medicine throughout recorded history.
